2009-08-31		 Hancock 2 - Will Smith verkörpert erneut den trinken Superhelden
Hancock 2 and Will Smith is back
 
Nachdem der erste Film um den unkonventionellen Superhelden Hancock, dargestellt von Will Smith, Columbia Pictures im Jahr 2008 über 624 Millionen Dollar weltweit eingebracht hat, wird nun heiss über eine Fortsetzung des Actionfilms diskutiert.

Das Produktionsteam bleibt laut dem Hollywood Reporter weitestgehend unverändert, allerdings übernehmen die Autoren Adam Fierro und Glen Mazzara das Drehbuch für den zweiten Teil. Fierro schrieb bereits für The Shield, 24 und Dexter, während Mazzara an Nash Bridges mitarbeitete.

Nähere Informationen zum Inhalt des Sequels Hancock 2 sind leider noch nicht bekannt. Ob John Powell erneut die Filmmusik dazu komponieren wird ist abzuwarten.

Ice Age 3 tops Finding Nemo
 
«Findet Nemo» ist gestrandet und wurde von «Ice Age 3» überholt

Lange Zeit, ziemlich genau seit 2003, war Finding Nemo der erfolgreichste Animationsfilm ausserhalb der USA. Der Fisch aus dem Hause Pixar spielte knapp 525 Millionen Dollar ein. Doch jetzt hat sich das geändert.

ICE AGE 3 hat den kleinen roten Fisch verdrängt und satte 551 Millionen Dollar eingespielt - ausserhalb von Amerika! Somit ist «Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs» zur Zeit der erfolgreichste Animationsfilm.

Aber die Konkurrenz schläft nicht, denn UP hat auch immer mehr Präsenz.

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs ist bislang übrigens auch der erfolgreichste Film ausserhalb der USA. Allerdings wird da wohl bald Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince zur Überholung ansetzen. Es fehlen ihm dazu noch etwa 50 Millionen Dollars.
